50th Reunion Survey

Hi Classmates,

I was asked to prepare the following survey to assist in the final planning for the 50th Reunion. Would you please take a few minutes to complete it by February 27, 2023? The Planning Committee appreciates your help!

The reunion will be held October 6 and 7 with an added evening for those who want to participate - on October 5. More information is included in the survey, so please read and select accordingly.

1)	* On Thursday evening, Oct 5, Terry Welker would like to invite you to the Century Bar, 18 S. Jefferson, for bourbon tasting. (Cost will be $75-$100). You do not have to participate in the bourbon tasting. You are welcome to buy a drink of your choice. Do you plan to attend? Yes No

2)	* Casual Night, Fri, Oct 6 (Place to be determined with an update to follow soon) Pay as you go dinner and drinks. Do you plan to attend this event? Yes No

3)	Saturday morning/afternoon, Oct 7. Terry Welker is hosting a walk about in Downtown Dayton to see all the renewal efforts that have taken place. Lunch to follow (Pay as you go). Do you plan to attend this event? Yes No

* Celebration Dinner, Sat evening, Oct 7. Casual business attire. Orchard Lane Banquet Center, 2185 OH-235, Xenia. Dinner will be served, along with an open, pay as you go bar. Live music will be provided for entertainment following dinner. Cost - $73pp if paid before Sep 4, or $100pp if paid after Sep 4. Do you plan to attend?
